 The UTL make Solar charge controller based on rMPPT technology . rMPPT or Maximum Power Point Tracking is calculation that included  into charge controllers utilized for extracting most extreme accessible power from PV module under specific conditions.

rMPPT is a completely electronic system that fluctuates the electrical working purpose of the modules so that the modules can convey most extreme accessible power . Install Charge Controller:


Step-1: Connect positive (+ve) Battery terminal to the positive (+ve) terminal of Charge Controller terminal blockwhich is marked as ‘Battery’. Now, Connect negative (-ve) Battery terminal to the negative (-ve) terminal of Charge Controller terminal block.

Step-2: Connect positive (+ve) PV terminal to the positive (+ve) terminal of Charge Controller terminal blockwhich is marked as ‘SPV’. Now, Connect negative (-ve) PV terminal to the negative (-ve) terminal of Charge Controller terminal block.
Note: Please first check the PVoc of the PV panel according to the system rating.

Step-3: Switch on SPV MCB first. SPV ON buzzer will buzz along with SPV ON LED (green) will solid glow then wait for 30 second. LCD will glow and start showing respective SPV volt. And batt. volt. After 30 sec. charger will ON with a buzzer and chg. ON & Batt CHD. LED will solid glow.

Step-4:
 Now switch ON battery MCB, after assuring correct polarity. BATT. FULL LED (green) will OFF, CHG. ON LED will blink and charging current will start to flow.
